Legal requirements for copyright issues for publishing scientific journals and placing of a digital copy of the publication and its on-line distribution are given. Copyright issues arising from the publication of a work on the Internet site of scientific publishers are analyzed. The article gives a brief overview of the problems of copyright in the placement and distribution of electronic publications and identifies issues that need to be addressed in the practice of publishing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
