The monograph reveals the theoretical and applied issues of evaluating social policy taking into account the perception of global challenges, such as economic and digital inequality, the employment crisis, demographic changes and climate threats, military conflicts. Approaches to the assessment of social initiatives are considered, focusing on their adaptability in conditions of growing global uncertainty. The work presents the results of a three-round expert assessment of global social challenges. Based on them, the authors identify the most urgent challenges for national social policy, explore the relationship between the perception of global problems and the formation of strategies in the field of social support, labor market policy, emphasizing the need to combine global, national and local approaches. The work also offers practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of policies aimed at resilient human development.
