The instructional guide “Soft skills of a modern specialist” was created to develop and enhance the soft skills that are key components of a 21st-century specialist’s professional competence. The publication is intended for higher education students of various specializations and focuses on the development of interpersonal effectiveness, self-reflection, communication skills, time management, stress resistance, emotional intelligence, and building a personal career trajectory. The textbook combines theoretical theses with practical tasks to develop the personal and professional qualities of higher education students and meets the current challenges of the labour market.
It is recommended for use in the educational process of higher education institutions, as well as for self-education and professional growth of young professionals.
