Conflict management in communities during wartime. A handbook for police officers

This publication was developed and published as part of the European Union Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine project to improve the professional competencies and strengthen the skills and abilities of police officers to perform their duties effectively, taking into account conflicts in communities during wartime and after victory.

The manual was developed referring to the provisions of the Instructions on the Organization of the Activities of District Police Officers and Community Police Officers, approved by Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine No. 650 of July 28, 2017, and methodological recommendations on the interaction of NPU units and local communities in ensuring public safety and order.
