This training manual addresses the preparation of athletes for HYROX competitions, a modern international functional-fitness format that combines running segments with high-intensity strength exercises.
The manual examines the main principles of training design, the development of physical qualities, workload planning, distribution of training intensity, and practical recommendations for athletes of different levels.
Particular attention is given to combining aerobic conditioning, strength endurance, functional strength, recovery strategies, and the prevention of overtraining.
The proposed methodology is based on modern sports-training principles, adapted to the specific demands of HYROX, and may be used both
in individual athlete preparation and in the work of coaches at sports clubs and fitness centres.
