The book is dedicated to a comprehensive philosophical analysis of the role of science and scientific knowledge in solving the problems of modernity (application of artificial intelligence, deepening environmental and economic crises, accelerating climate change, aggravation of conflicts and war, including information war). The authors also explore scientific values and the interaction of science with other social institutions, driven by the challenges of our days.
Theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations can be applied in the development of the theory of decision-making and models and algorithms for timely response to crisis phenomena, in particular, in the field of public administration, development of communication strategies and counteraction to hybrid warfare, formation of conceptual principles and approaches to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and European integration.
