This collective monograph presents the views of NASU scientists on the development of open science in Ukraine, the European Union, and the world. It describes the steps taken by the Academy to introduce European principles of open science, primarily open access to research results. The authors of the monograph are specialists from the Academy’s scientific institutions who study open science issues and have participated in the implementation of the Targeted Scientific and Technical Program “Creation and Implementation of Open Science Infrastructure at the NAS of Ukraine (OPENS)” (2023—2025).
The book is intended for scientists, science organisers, and a wide range of readers interested in the development of open science in Ukraine and worldwide.
