The report covers the main areas of the activities of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2020—2025. It presents the research outcomes in various branches of mathematics and informatics, mechanics and mechanical engineering, physics and astronomy, energy and energy technologies, Earth sciences, materials sciences, energy and energy technologies, nuclear physics and energy, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, physiology and molecular biology, economics, social sciences and humanities. It provides information on using the results of scientific and scientific-and-technological research and development in the real sector of the economy as well as in the social sphere.
Due attention has been paid to science administration, the General Meeting of the NAS of Ukraine, the work of the NAS Presidium and Presidium Bureau, Academy’s sections, science departments, and regional science centers. The report elucidates the activities of academic councils, commissions, societies, the interaction of the NAS institutions with educational establishments. Analyzed are the publishing activities, international scientific ties and foreign economic relations of the Academy and its research institutions.
