The monograph draws the reader’s attention to the most common problems that characterise the current state of development of lawmaking in Ukraine, revealing a significant asymmetry compared to EU practice in methodological approaches to the development of regulatory acts, which led to the substantiation of several proposals on priority areas for improving the national system of lawmaking. The monograph reproduces the results of scientific research of the co-authors within the framework of the following research projects: “Transformation of the National Legal Paradigm in the Context of Integration into the European Economic and Political Legal Space,” “Methodological Principles of Rulemaking in the Context of Adaptation to the Law of the European Union,” “Legal Factors of Development of the Ukrainian Economy in the Context of War and Post-War Reconstruction.”
This book is for scholars, lecturers, postgraduate students, students of law and economics of higher education institutions, legal practitioners, officials of state authorities, and local self-government bodies.
